The trick today was to rise at 6.15am to prepare your treats.
Roger's trick is always to get to the Cash & Carry and local shops nice and early to buy lovely fresh salad and bread etc.then start preparing in the kitchen.
Judy's trick is to pull in a mile jog(not always enough time though) before baking the treats of the day.
The trick is to pull in a coffee with Roger before opening at 10am to welcome our first customer's of the day.
Then of course the trick is to manage to work very hard.The treat is that after 15 years it is still wonderfully rewarding!
